Websites need to continually be updated and revamped to suit your business needs. To help with this we offer system administration options to cover day to day maintenance in addition to emergency issues. Maintaining updates and changes to a website can be a daunting task, especially if you have frequent updates. Our staff will take care of these updates for you, allowing you to focus on your business strategy and other important issues.

Pay As You Go Web Design Package:

$60.00 minimum. Includes 1 hour of design time. $50.00 per hour for time over the 1st hour. Charged in 15 minute increments after first hour.

Small Monthly Web Design Package:

$50.00 per month. Includes 1 1/2 hours of design time. Time is used in 15 minute increments until time for that month is used up. Unused time carries over to the next month, but expires the following month. Example: In January you use 1 hour of design time. The remaining 1/2 hour of design time carries over to February. You now have 2 hours of design time. In February you don't use any design time and the 1 1/2 hours from February carries over to March while the 1/2 hour from January expires. This gives you a total of 3 hours of remaining design time for March.

Medium Monthly Web Design Package:

$85.00 per month. Includes 3 hours of design time. Time is used in 15 minute increments until time for that month is used up. Unused time carries over to the next month, but expires the following month. Example: In January you use 2 hours of design time. The remaining 1 hour of design time carries over to February. You now have 4 hours of design time. In February you don't use any design time and the 3 hours from February carries over to March while the 1 hour from January expires. This gives you a total of 6 hours of remaining design time for March.

Web Design Services Notes: Change/revision requests must be sent by email. Monthly package client requests take priority and are usually handled in 2-3 business days. Our web design maintenance packages cover adding or deleting pages, images, and links and updating or changing content. Major layout or design changes are not covered and require a separate quote.
